Our Commitment

XPlus Technologies LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards across all our websites and products.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

What We Do

• Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchies, landmark regions, lists, and form labels so assistive technologies can navigate our content meaningfully.
• Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible and follow a logical tab order.
• Screen Reader Compatibility: We test with NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS to ensure our content is announced correctly, with proper ARIA attributes where native semantics are insufficient.
• Color Contrast: All text meets or exceeds the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratio requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). We do not rely on color alone to convey information.
• Alternative Text: All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies with empty alt attributes or aria-hidden.
• ARIA Labels: Interactive components that lack visible text labels use aria-label or aria-labelledby to provide programmatic names for assistive technology users.
• Responsive Design: Our layouts reflow at all viewport sizes without horizontal scrolling and remain usable at up to 200% zoom.
• Motion Preferences: We respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query to disable or reduce animations for users who have indicated that preference.

Current Status

We regularly audit our websites and products for accessibility compliance. Our primary website (xplustechnologies.com) targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. While we strive for full compliance, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps.
